Insulting. Food was as ordered and special order. But the milkshake was milk. Asked for a new thick milkshake. Listened to 2 staff members complain and wax on about how you make a milk shake wrong. Well apparently if helps if you use some ice cream. Also some manners wouldn't hurt. I was not rude, even apologetic....but I didn't pay over 4 dollars for milk and 2 rude children to harass me from a distance, insult or discuss me.

Never the fastest service, but staff is always couteous and smiling. Great place to get soft ice-cream for a fair price.
Got some coffee, staff was absolutely marvelous, full of energy and so kind!
Worst experience. Laziest McDonald's night staff in Lethbridge. If there is any chance to give stars for night staff then I will give -5 stars. Yesterday I had to wait for 50 minutes and today for 40 minutes and after 40 minutes they were saying 20 minutes more. LOL. then had to cancel the order.
