Like another review, I am shocked there are no returns. I have never been to a place of retail that does not offer returns. They may want to mention such during transactions.
I bought a product suggested by a salesperson. The item did not work for my application so I tried to return it. \ALL SALES FINAL-NO RETURNS\. Wholesale or retail should not matter. It's a bad business practice. I suggest you go to a different place down the street, as many others are in the area. All the other competitors accept returns.
