I had my phone stolen from me. I was quite distressed when I entered the store as the experience had been fairly frightening. A 'Retail Specialist' named Soren dealt with my issues in helping me activate a new SIM card and disable my stolen one. The way he handled the situation in such a professional manner, spending the time to explain things clearly to me despite my state of mind was extremely appreciated. Thank you Soren, you made my stressful day much less stressful.
