I called today April 3, 2021 to ask if they had a certain book. The elderly man working the shift at 11:34am told me he had no idea what books they had and before I could even ask a follow up question, he hung up on me. I hope he is not the owner, because whoever owns this book store is suffering tremendously because of this staff member. If he is the owner.....I will be surprised if the store is able to continue. I'll be honest, I have never experiences such poor customer service in my entire life. So sad.

Great deals on book and a decent selection. It's more organized than i would have expected for a used book store and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly for the most part. Love this store.
The employee was not very helpful. He seemed more interested in not being disturbed from playing on his phone or whatever he was doing, than getting off his chair to assist a customer. The store is messy and difficult to locate things. I asked for something and he directed me to go downstairs to possibly find it, but did not redirect me when I headed in the wrong direction to find the stairs. With an employee who cares, this store has lots to offer, but I doubt I will ever be back because the employee obviously does not care about the store or the clients.
Great place to come and explore. If you are looking for a specific book this probably isn't the book store for you because they have so much and the store is quite a mess. They give store credit if you bring good books in. I love coming here with a coffee and free time. I always find something!
A lot to look at. Great place to wander and find good reads, some you may not expect to find. Pleasant staff. Eclectic place, in a good way.
