I broke my phone and it was time for an upgrade anyways... I'm not the best with technology so I expected to be frustrating long experience picking out a new one. Juan completely changed my mind set instantly. He was very friendly and made things very easy for me. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for in a phone, and he gave me a few options that would best suit my needs. I'm huge on customer service and Juan was so fantastic. He knows his stuff and answered all my questions in a way that I understood and wasn't overwhelmed. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I had to go back in to get a second charger for work and had the same fantastic service. If anyone is looking for a new phone or device I highly recommend going to see him in the park place mall. Thank you so much Juan, you are awesome at your job and I'd give you a million stars if Google let me There was another gentleman named Blake who spoke to me while Juan was transferring my info on to my new phone and he was also awesome to deal with. You guys are the best ️
I've only ever had good experiences with the sales associates here. To be specific, Blake sold me my newest phone, and Juan usually helps me with small details when I have issues. I got a new phone yesterday, and when I laid out my budget, Blake did everything possible to meet it and make sure I walked away happy with what I was given. We made a small mistake, but it was easily corrected with a phone call. Any associate I seem to deal with in store is helpful and knowledgeable, and the store in park place is one of the best examples of why I still use Bell Mobility. Thank you for your time, and thank you for being easy to approach with questions, with ready answers and friendly advice.
Juan was just a dream to work with in switching providers! I am so happy we chose to make the switch back to Bell- The customer service has always been superb, friendly, and honestly feels the most trustworthy in comparison to all other providers I've been with and heard from others. Juan got us amazing discounts, was professional, personable and fun to chat with in the process of choosing and setting up our new devices & account. Highly recommend!
