Such a great facility. We were there for hockey tournament and signed up for one week free trial and were so impressed with place. Pool and flowrider basketball courts all top notch.

This is an incredible facility! The pool area boasts a 25 m. Liesure pool,, two waterslides, a lazy river, a surfing pool and a large hot-tub The gym has six full-sized playing courts. A running track circles the playing courts, and there are many machines and a large weight area. Then there's a hockey rink, curling rink a full service restaurant and a Jugo Juice snack bar Kids play rooms, a day care and many multi-purpose rooms. This is just a quick summary! There's lots more!
It’s a neat place but our experience was a contaminated big pool and Hot tub which was closed. Kinda Disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to take 1 pic from my kid. Very strict rules but otherwise a nice place And lots of activity
Nice facility with lots to do. Very clean & do not feel crowded when using equipment. Prices are fair but customer service lacking. What has happened to friendly service in Lethbridge?
The facility is very nice. Things are in great shape because the building is brand new. The water fountain was out of order though. There are great options but I would not recommend that you go with small children. My 4 year old wanted to go down the water slides (which he has done in other pools) but unfortunately he did not meet the height requirement by 1 inch. He was not aloud to ride alone and there is no option to have him sit on my lap. They have 2 small slides for children under 40 inches but they refused to turn the water to them on. Telling me they did not know how and the person that did was not there. You have to be 42 inches talk to ride the surf simulator that is reasonable. There are not really any other options for the younger children. I went with my 4 and 2 year old. The water was quite chilly it would be better a few degrees warmer my kids were shivering the whole time unless they were in the hot tub. I was not able to use the slides or the surf simulator as they closed it 10 mins earlier than posted. I was about to get into ride when the attendant told me they were closing in at 930, I looked at the clock above it and it said 920 after I pointed this out they refused to serve me and shut the pump down immediately. The staff should be better trained so they can operate a on off switch and not be so eager to shut down early. I will give it one more time and when I do I will update my review of anything changes.
