Friendly and efficient, a one stop shop for all your windows and related needs. I never felt pressure from the staff to buy anything I was not ready for and all my questions were answered accurately and honestly. What else is there when you are looking G to make a major purchase?
Had some problems with windows opening and closing and locking. Tried giving them a call even though they didn't make or install my windows when the house was built. Talked with Heather who was very knowledgeable and she set up a consult with Gary to figure out what was wrong. They provided me with a quote, I agreed, they ordered the parts and Heather and Gary made an appointment with us again when the parts arrived. Now all of our windows work perfectly and couldn't be happier!
Horrible customer service, This company has a decent product but the people we have had to deal with have know business dealing with this product. head office needs to clean house on there Lethbridge branch. I've been doing business in Lethbridge for 22 years and customer service is everything. Wake up people you have a 5 star product and your riding its coat tales.
