We used Alert Appraisals and had a great experience. It was my first accident and I was confused about the procedure but the girl that called us was very friendly and help explain what would happen. The appraiser came right to my house to take photos of the damage on my vehicle and he was very helpful in explaining things as well. Everything was sent to my insurance company and auto body shop quickly so I could get my vehicle repaired and put the whole event behind me. If I ever have another accident I will surely use Alert again.
