Did not ever agree to being called every single month to see if i've made my payment. We make our payment every month on the day agreed upon, and get a \courtesy\ call every single month to see if we've paid. of course we've paid. We have never missed a payment. These aren't courtesy calls, they are harassment. Cannot wait to pay these guys off so I don't have to hear from them anymore. Do not recommend to anyone unless you wanna be harassed monthly for making your payment.

They need a serious customer service overhaul. They need a new customer service manager as well. He is rude, ignorant, and never remembers what you have spoken to him about. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches.
