Great service. I told them I'd post a review a couple years ago and forgot to do it. I came in needing my computer upgraded. He ended up hooking me up with new motherboard, ssd, graphics card, and some more ram. He did everything he could and really helped me out. The computer is still running strong and I'm sorry this review took so long.
I have an older computer hp running vista home. Had not done any backups (don't know why, live and learn) Any way had monitor not responsive issues, thought it was the driver. Bought disk with driver update and repair. Started using it when monitor went unresponsive. System froze and could not open any thing. Tried soft reboot everything I could do, to no avail. Have hundreds of photos, huge simply accounting files etc etc. Panic I thought I had lost all my files. I took my hp in to A told me they would get right at it and they did .They backed up my old hard drive and began trouble shooting. they finally found I had a bad video card. Thank God they saved all my old files absolutely everything was there . They were very diligent and helpful . Charged me a very reasonable price for the amount of time they put into my system. Am very very happy to have my old girl up and running and All my files back. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks again A Harry (will always backup!!!!!)
This is an excellent little computer shop. I went in looking for some screws and whatnot for a build I'm working on, and they knew exactly what I was talking about! I know that doesn't sound impressive at face value, but this must have been the third or fourth shop I checked, and nobody else really knew what I was saying. Friendly and patient staff, cool gadgets and gizmos, and an all around positive experience. Thank you so much!
We were asking for SATA cables to install a new SSD into a desktop PC. The gentlemen available at the store was extremely helpful, and was able to suggest and get us the cables we were looking for! They absolutely know their stuff, and you can trust them for great computer advice!
Very cheap and very competent, also fast which is super important if you wanna play games with ur friends on the weekend
went to A computers as my laptop wasn't charging. He figured out it was a damaged charge cord and had a universal charge cord end. After spending approximately a half hour finding the problem he did not charge me for the universal charge cord end. He was very helpful and provided excellent knowledgeable service. Will definately be back for future repairs
