Love this clinic! We thoroughly enjoy the side by side services. Alex provided a wonderful deep tissue massage. She picked up on my lifestyle habits solely from my body. Alex also identified a previous injury, that other healthcare professionals have failed to help with for years. Carolina was very friendly and provided an excellent service with techniques never experienced before! Very effective on a large man! Loved both of these women! Also love the front desk staff- very kind and resourceful when booking! Thank you 4 Elements!

4 Elements was a lovely experience. The front desk was extremely helpful when navigating the best massage for you. They were courteous, patient, and understanding. They have multiple rooms for massage to take place and they have an array of massage therapists to assist you. Their intake form is extensive, however it is detailed to provide you with exactly what you want. My therapist was good but you could tell she was nervous, and the pressure was not near that of the deep tissue that was requested. Other friends of mine had mentioned they did not have that same problem. I recommend this spot for those looking for a massage.
The front staff is kind, helpful, informative and thorough. They made using my insurance benefits very easy. Alberto's massage has helped my back and leg pain a lot and I love the home care he always shares. I always look forward to every appointment! Thank you Alberto and 4 Elements Team!
Very happy with the service I receive here. Alex is an amazing massage therapist, she is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to any needs I may have. The receptionists are always very friendly and do their best to accommodate appointments on short notice. Would highly recommend.
I love this place so much. I started getting massage treatments about a year ago when I started working from home and noticed I started getting a lot of upper back, shoulder and neck pain. I have loved all of the massage experiences that I have had with Ariana, Kelly and Michelle. I regularly go for deep tissue massage treatments and Ariana is my usual massage therapist for these - she is so personable, funny and knowledgeable. Very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere as well, and I absolutely love the mint oil lol. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
