What a great dealer, went in to see one of the new electric ID3, must say really impressive little car, although it doesn't look too big, it feels very nice and spacious inside. The staff seem really nice and helpful. Mark and Emily looked after me, they were absolutely great. Also in this environment they were more than prepared, with transparent shields on the reception and the sales desks, sanitizing gel at the entrance and the place looked spotless. Definitely recommend the place.

Recently went in to purchase a GTI GOLF unfortunately car was no longer available. However Gareth from Letchworth rest assured us that he will find us a car which he did within 20min! Everything we requested he found. Had fantastic service throughout, and great communication. Emails and phone calls. Even had support from his manager Mark to help us complete paperwork. Couldn't ask for better professional service. Highly recommended. And my new purchase is a beauty!

I have been a long standing customer of VW and was excited to purchase another car however this time my experience has left a lot to be desired and I am now the very disappointed owner of a 70 plate car which is not fit for purpose. I have found the customer service I have received from Letchworth to also be severely lacking and there has been no empathy for the issues I have been experiencing. I would wholeheartedly advise anyone considering buying a car from Marshall Letchworth to instead consider buying from Vindis in Bedford. The customer service from Vindis is far superior and any issues speedily resolved. Six months later there is still no resolution identified to make my car fit for purpose and I sincerely feel that now the dealership has my money I am no longer of interest to them.
