I rung up the garage in the afternoon after a stranger told me about a rattling noise on my car when I pulled in to fill my car up. I spoke to Ivan, who listened to the issue I had, and as I had travelled from Cambridge and was in the area, promptly said to drop by the garage and they'd take a look. Ivan and his team were fantastic and the service and support provided was above and beyond what I was expecting. I felt very safe going into the Skoda showroom (masks worn, distancing and hand sanitiser) and they quickly took my car, kept me up to date on what the issue was (a stone in the wheel) and promptly removed it. The rattling had stopped and the issue was resolved! I had my dog with me too (hence I was over that way due to Vet appointment) and they were all very welcoming and dog friendly. I can honestly say, I will telling people the positive experience I had that day and would definitely recommend Ivan and his team to anyone. Thank you for helping me out and going above and beyond. It is greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Went to get my Yeti serviced. They serviced it, no fuss, no extras and all the social distancing requirements nicely observed.
