I bought a car through Letchworth Motor Auctions during lockdown, which meant it was all online. Registering to bid online was a very easy and user friendly process. I bought the car with their 'Sold with Trial' service and when I received it the rear calipers were binding and there was a small dent in the front bumper which wasn't on the inspection report. I spoke with Simon and he paid for the rear calipers to be fixed at my local garage. He also arranged to pick up my car and take it to their garage to have the dent fixed. They just delivered my car back today and they have done a fantastic job with the repair. They had also very kindly cleaned my car too. I am very happy with their customer service and professionalism and will definitely be purchasing future cars through them. I thoroughly recommend Letchworth Motor Auctions. Simon and Phil have been absolutely amazing. Thank you once again and wishing you all a lovely Christmas and a happy New Year.

A very fair auction unlike the larger more well known auctions in the area. A large indoor viewing area and all the time in the world to look at the carsa nd staff are always very helpful. Best thing about this place is the more than fair fees they charge which makes getting the occasional bargain more than possible with many cars sold with a one hours trial. Its far far more relaxed than the likes of BCA and AB and I'd certainly recommend this place.

They had some nice cars there. I like the Nissan note but I hesitated then lift my hand too late . Never mind next time if I am not too careful I ll go for it . The car went for 2000 year 2010 fabulous. I will try to grab one next time [-_-]
