It's a great gym and local to us.. The cardio equipment has a screen so you can watch TV or sign into Netflix if you have, that helps me get through my workout!! The team are really friendly and helpful, plus it's 24/7 if you do shift work..
Really good gym In the heart of the town centre. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment is varied and good although a stair machine would be a great addition. Two floors and a studio to work out in. Open 24/7 and equipment usually always available. Highly recommended to achieve either your fitness goals or just staying healthy and working out!!
