Ignore the few bad reviews. We arrived between 1300 and 1400 and were seated quickly and welcomed with smiles. As this is currently covid season we of course wore our masks while we entered but once seated its fine to remove the mask. (The same as most public places). The restaurant is on the banks of the river and provide a nice view while you eat. The terrace has cover from both wooden covers but also natural trees and vines, its well shaded and comfortable. Both my fiancee and I took the 27 euros menu. This consists of an entree plat and desert. The entree salads arrived and they were BIG. Almost a small meal in themselves - very generous. I had the squid main dish - very well presented and garnished with ratatouille rice and salad. My fiancee had the tartare garnished with fries. (The fries are thick cut english style \chips\ - more greasy than what you may call fries normally. If you are accustomed with English fish and chips you will understand! But overall they're good) By the time we finished the main plate we were both very full and it was difficult to eat the desert! The cafe gormand was very nice with small helpings of deserts though. Finally as a bonus- while we dined there were at least 2 other customers eating who had their dogs with them. If you are travelling with your dogs, it seems they will be welcome here. Definitely a nice restaurant worth visiting while you are passing!

Great desserts. Fantastically placed at the end of the ardeche gorge. So if you canoe the river you can reward yourself with a sweet treat. Great place for a snack and a meal. Close to the river so you can take a dip. Free parking for customers.
staff are fantastic, very welcoming, the beer is great, they even have cold mist spraying across the terrace when its baking hot, i take all my clients there

Service efficace, repas correct, prix correct. Terrasse plein air agréable. J'aime pas les brumisateurs pendant le repas, ça vaporise de l'eau partout, on est mouillé, tout est mouillé... Et en cette période Covid, je ne suis pas sûr du coup. Pas d'autres places sur la terrasse.
Gezellig restaurant met een mooi ruim terras. Eten was lekker, ik raad de mosselen aan! De steak was iets te vet en taai. Pizza ook lekker.
