The airport is very small, with little to no services provided while waiting for the flight or before checking in. There is no hot food on airport and one can only use microwave for food from vending machines. The staff is very strict with luggage control, unlike anywhere else I've been around Europe and France. They are not friendly either. If possible, fly from somewhere else.

Nice aéroport, but staff not very friendly and the bus connection to Lille is so little during the week (even during holiday season and summer)

The airport does not have a water station to refill your bottles that you need to empty at the security check. You are forced to buy a new bottle. So much for being environment friendly in this era, one has to buy a new plastic bottle of water instead of just refilling the one they already have. It is a disappointment at airport.

Avoid easyjet, they charged me more than expected for luggage, I paid online a voucher 8 for hands free and I paid twice ! 52 in the airport... Scam !!!

Our plane parked at a bridge space but still walked down using stairs and then took an elevator up to the arrival hall. Don't know why. The public transportation connection to the city is almost non-existent. If you're not a local, don't book a flight from/to this airport.

Paid Wifi in 2018, really Lille? You should consider it today as a public service. 15 minutes are a joke, specially wjen having Delays.
