Nice standard place to climb.

Very good place, plenty routes with different levels. A terrace enables to enjoy looking at the climbers sitting . Maybe leave more ropes already on the routes so that people who cannot lead, can still do the routes?

Small place that can get crowded quite quickly. Changing rooms a bit run down and not the cleanest. A bit expensive for what it offers.

Small but very well designed, could use a facelift. This is my home climbing gym and there are well over a hundred different routes pretty well graded although the ones under 5.11 (6b) are not as accurate as the ones above that grade. They could use an auto-belay or two for doing laps alone, but there is almost always someone willing to belay another climber. The entire place is small and on rainy or bad visibility days gets very crowded. The locker rooms and waiting area are a bit run down, but everything works. It's not like Brooklyn Boulders, but the staff is super friendly, the climbing good and plenty of stuff to get a workout.

Nice spot for climbing when the weather is wet. We stayed in Les Houches in hope to do some climbs around Chamonix but the weather being rather disappointing for climbing around May and June. We resorted to indoor climbing instead. Mon-Blanc Escalades is a nice facility plenty of of routes for beginners and experts. Staff is super friendly, English speaking or in our case we went a couple of times and staff that struggled to speak English really made the effort to ensure we were satisfied and properly equipped as we had to rent gear. Overall excellent routes, top rope routes set up as well as plenty of routes for lead climbing. Changing rooms available and a cafe for those who just want to watch. Bouldering area is a bit of a a downside as it's a small pit about 6m x 6m big but at least the option for bouldering is there but can be crowded.
