A special thanks to JEREMY from garage edelweiss who helped me despite being 8pm on Saturday night to repair my car- in less than 1 hour he picked me up and brought me to my car , kindly repaired it in no time and managed to make it works - he was amazingly kind and helpful! We’d like to give Jeremy a shoutout for being extremely professional and friendly when he came to our house to service our van when it wouldn’t start. Although it was clearly a very busy day for him as it was during the first snowfall, he took all the time to explain us how to make sure we don’t run into the problem we’ve had in the future and answered out questions with patience.

I described the symptoms and suggested a possible cause. I wanted them to solve the problem, not just change the parts I suspected. Nearly 500 replacing parts unnecessarily did not fix the problem. They used genuine Fiat parts three times the price of good Brembo parts without giving me the option. They didn't overcharge for the work, but it did not fix the problem.

What an amazing service! We’re english and are on a skiing holiday and locked the key in the back of our van! As you can imagine with a ferry to catch in the next 24hours it was all panic! The guy that came to help us was completely out of this world - put so much effort in to get into the back of the van even helped us cut the bulk head so we could get in nothing was too much trouble for him! Can’t thank them enough! The lady on the phone spoke amazing English and helped us - the mechanic was at our chalet within 20minuets on a Friday evening! I completely 100% recommend this place! Thank you so much again to the lovely guy that came out - I didn’t catch his name but he’s an absolute star!
