Great place to enjoy a well done savory gastronomical meal. The 3 set menu is a real delight done to the perfection. I had one of the best meals of my life in this tiny restaurant. The ambiance is great but reservation is a must. A little bit pricy due to the amazing ingredients they serve and their skilled staff. One negative thing that I should mention is the different smells that dominates the place, it's a little bit annoying at first but you get used to it after a while.

totally unexpected we were in Strasbourg as wel in this restaurant. But what a surprise!! Guillaume is really an exceptional chef with surprisingly good combinations of ingredients. And Jean Baptiste is a great sommelier who's choosing his wine perfectly by the dish. Although the restaurant has just opened his doors, the experience of the team was noticeable. Un étoilé à 30 pour entrée plat dessert.. ok ce prix c’est uniquement le midi mais c’est assez rare pour le signaler, surtout dans une grande ville comme Strasbourg.. Le service est sympathique, efficace et courtois ; la cuisine est fine et audacieuse.. on aimerait un peu plus de quantité dans les assiettes mais c’est certainement la gourmandise qui parle.. ou le fait qu’exceptionnellement j’ai pris poisson en entrée et en plat (mais l’autre choix du jour en plat c’était agneau, viande que je n’apprécie pas).. au final, impression d’avoir mangé bien, sainement et abordable :)
