Ordered 6 burgers menus for the anniversary of my son via Uber Eats before noon with a bunch of kids waiting for them. When arrived to pick them up I was informed that my order was not executed (it was around 14h00) because they run out of ingredients. The lady said I should not worry and that she called me. Indeed she did, just 2 minutes before I arrived. I was left with no food nor any solution from the restaurant. So far this command was not reimbursed by Uber Eats (I've contacted their support twice, the restaurant does not seem to care). I put it as a warning for the others, burgers might be good but the service and attitude towards the clients is very questionable.

Great to finally get a legit burger restaurant in the area. Clean and modern looking. Nice terrace seating available. With that in mind, a few things could be improved. The burgers are okay, but not great. The patty was a bit over cooked and there was too much bread compared to the inside ingredients (Or maybe it was too toasted), making the whole thing a bit dry. A few adjustments would make them a lot tastier! The time to get your food served could be shorter as well (20 min when we tried).

Been twice now. First time was better than this time. Thursday lunch time was a 20 minute queue followed by a 25 minute wait. Chips were definitely over cooked. You can't see the menu when standing at till so it makes ordering a bit stressful. The burger was too small for my bun especially when you compare to the photos in the restaurant. Returned January 2020 , better today , adding an extra star. Still only ok I would say.
For 14.40 burgers and bread is dry. Fries are not well prepared and peeled off. Finally the sauce they suggested to buy it was not enough for the whole meals.
You are just really far way better than the guys across the road called Mc Do. Your burgers are a delight and you have an incredible variety of sauces to come with your chips that have improved by the way. Way to go! The great asset is the pre-ordering! Makes the take-away even better.
3 stars for me is good. I was expecting a wow for the price. Bread is average and burgers are just ok. Service is good and I like the place but I was expecting more.
