A beautiful restaurant in La Rochelle, it's hard to miss with its beautiful glasshouse exterior and even more beautiful interior filled with trees and plants that gives off a comfortable welcoming vibe. The food was delicious especially the dessert we tried two and both were absolutely amazing and would be enough for me to return. The main and entree dishes had fantastic taste, however be aware they come with twist. The veal had an interesting pairing with apple and a piece of brie on top which slightly overpowered the tender more mild meat. The wine was paired perfectly and staff were very attentive. For a special occasion out definitely make Les 4 Sergents a place to try!

The first three courses were great. The next two took over and hour. Food came out cold. One server told us that the cut of meat took longer to prepare. The other server told us that it was a new item so it took longer. The food that we did get tasted great. After waiting another 30 minutes we paid and left before the last course. Service was disjointed. Most acted confused and like they didn't know what they were doing.
To celebrate deconfinement, visited La Rochelle and treated ourselves to a lovely meal at Les 4 Sergeants. Social distancing was as it should be. Masks worn by all the staff. We wore masks until our drink arrived. I am coeliac, and one the staff knew they were careful to ensure that my meal was not contaminated by gluten. All food is cooked to order with professional care and flair for presentation and flavour. My meal was excellent. I recommend this restaurant
A new impressive discovery. As simple as it it is delicious. I do not even know the name of this dish in English but you should try. The design of the place is really impressive with a high quality staff. Regarding the wine by the glass, short selection but again a very good one. Highly recommended if you are at La Rochelle. Lovely setting, nice food but very poor service on the night we were there.
Our main waiter, an elder guy, was really doing hard to let us feel welcome and provided good service. The food was very good. The price is fair. Only three points because the following things were a disaster: a. the booking procedure and b. the dirty glass, plate and c. the young staffs attention and attitude
We took the menu \Entrée et Dessert\ for 29. Tasty but we left hungry. Beautiful atrium, but too expensive for what it was. Regretted not having eaten at other restaurants in the same street.
