Incredible food, service and atmosphere. A few you minutes away on foot from the prefecture of vannes is this French restaurant with its own piano bar in the back. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday and the piano bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. I went there for lunch and selected dishes a la carte. First there was a cocktail: a a crisp tonic muscat and cucumber aperitif. I then proceeded to have have a first dish of green asparagus smoked Ham shrimp salad full stop the dressing was Fresh and a few pieces of grilled parmesan added some crunchiness. Next words a prepared beef tartare not minced but knife-cut with unbelievable fries. These are hands down the best homemade fries I've had during my two-week trip in vannes. The tartare was pleasant as the beef was of good quality and the sauce wasn't too bitter. Lastly for dessert I had a chocolate mousse with berries and and fresh herb foam. On top of the chocolate mousse was a a candied caramel layer. On top of that, I was seated next to a AA group of 80 year olds. The atmosphere was wonderful as they kept on singing songs and being as welcoming as the staff. All in all, I seriously recommend you check this place out. It doesn't look that much enticing from the exterior but inside it's classy, clean delicious and entertaining. Enjoy!

We enjoyed a superb 5 course New Year's Eve meal at Les 3 Singes. The food was very well prepared and nicely presented. The wines by the glass were very good.
Great food, music and atmosphere. Steak tartare, fish with beurre blanc, and scallops were amazing. Had a unique dessert of a purée of peers wrapped in chocolate mousse with an meringue outer shell - like opening a soft boiled egg- for dessert.
Découverte dans le but de boire un verre, une vraie surprise! Il est rare de rencontrer un accueil aussi chaleureux et aimable. Vin délicieux, rien à dire.
Très beau restaurant très cosy menu gastronomie des produits frais. La musique au top le service et l accueil le sourire parfait on n a passé un bon moment.
D'abord un accueil vraiment amical. On se sent tout de suite bien. Le pub est très agréable pour un apéro avant de dîner. La cuisine est bonne, c'est simple et bon. On sent que le client est apprécié. Merci pour cet accueil qui finit bien une journée de travail.
Un restaurant très bien décoré, une musique sympa. La carte est plutôt sophistiquée quoique un peu courte. Les plats sont de qualité. Le personnel est très sympathique. Bref un bel endroit pour une soirée. Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe dans cette phase de démarrage !
