We bought a boiler in Oct 2017 made by Vergne for 6000 euros installed from the day it was installed it has not worked as it should, just hours after the fitter left we had to phone him as it cut out our total electricity ,from then until now when in fact we have no hot water or heating again Leroymerlin although having been informed of the situation have never given any help and just let us try to sort it out. The company have broken a number of laws relating to selling goods and guarantees we have tried to go through so called professional negotiations to no avail ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS
