I am a new customer to Big Ed's. A few months ago they solved a garden tractor tire leak. When I picked them up, it was the end of the work day and I asked if I could take a walk through the shop. Clean, neat and tiddy. The way it should be. So I came back with an SUV to have the 4 tires balanced and rotated and to have two new tires mounted on two more rims. They did a great job. Front end shimmy at 60mph is gone and the two other rims and tires were done properly. No damage to the rims and proper sticky weights. I have had enough bad experiences with the local chain tire stores that I will not go back to them, ever. Wish I had found Big Ed's sooner. Nice to see the owner Ed in the shop keeping things moving and setting the example. I have 4 cars that I maintain and two more in the family that I take care of at my personal garage. VERY reasonable prices. Nice to buy local!
