Fantastic service - I forgot to get my chemo bloods done Last week so I phoned on Monday to get an appointment which as a green light patient is not simple. Thanks to all members of the team involved in getting my bloods taken at 8.30 am today Liz / Mel / Scott /Fran.
Only signed up to the marches surgery today staff are very polite and I couldn’t fault them one bit, I have been a patient at Westfield for a number of years and I haven’t received much help of them, I asked for my implant out and I had no luck it took 2/3 weeks to get a date and I was told it could be months before I get a an appointment after telling them how much pain I was in, I joined the marches surgery today and I had very helpful receptionists that helped me make an appointment to talk to the doctor , only a few hours later I had a phone call from the doctor saying I would have my implant taken out in nine days, finally something is happening and moving to the marches was the best choice I have ever made, great energy and smiles on staff! Keep it up :)
Registered at their Bodenham Branch, after a horrendous time with HMG! OMG nothing is too much trouble. I saw a GP for a consultation about an xray at previous practice, notes were not transferred, I said should I phone in a week & GP agreed but 2 days later had a call from reception & they booked a physio appt for the next week at Marches surgery, you couldn't ask for more. The same GP also made a house call to my mate & she asked me how he was, how about that for a memory. BONUS is they have their own pharmacy & they are so helpful.
