Superb experience buying from Simon. Utterly trustworthy, he could not do enough to help us and the car is a dream! He even made sure the dog had some water on a hot day.

Booked a test drive and a viewing for a Renault Megane, When I drove 60miles to see the car that was described on there website as “very carefully looked after by its previous owner” it was full of scratches and dents and I was told it was due to go to the auto body as it had just come into stock (strange as it was on autotrader for 2 weeks) there was also a fault with the accelerator pedal, when questioned the salesman Kevin Heapey tried to brush it off and say he hadn’t noticed until we asked him get in and actually try it. He then sent me a video of the “repaired vehicle”, which was parked at a 45degree angle against a wall, hiding the damage, and proceeded to try and get a quick sale. When asked to send pictures of rear of the car, he ignored two separate emails, I contacted the sales manager who assured me the paint repair guy was “off ill” and he would repair the car in a few days. So in essence the salesman was trying to sell a damaged vehicle, claiming it was repaired. Dodgy and Dishonest, Stay away at all costs.
