My partner and I went for Sunday lunch having booked earlier in the week. She is intolerant to gluten and lactose and had informed them in advance during the booking. When we arrived and took our seats, the waiter was very helpful in explaining menu options and changes that could be made to suit our dietary requirements. We opted for the 'secret' menu and every course was absolutely delicious and beautiful presented. The service was second to none. We had a cocktail maison to start the meal which was really special! The restaurant had gone out of its way to provide gluten / lactose free options and my partner had a wonderful meal! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. It can be expensive but the whole experience is well worth it. We will definitely go again for a special meal together.

Very good meal in Tarbes. This place was recommended to us by friends so we had some idea it was good, however we were still pleasantly surprised. We attended in the evening mid week and we all went for the 3 course set menu. All courses were great and the family enjoyed the food including the the little extra surprises. Service was very good and one of the waiters was good at English although we insisted on listening to every course description in French as we are trying to grow our language. Fab night and reasonably Priced at 28.50 each total bill including 3 cocktails, 1/2 bottle wine and coffees was 131.
I give only five because, but definitely above it. Great food, superb preparation, extraordinary combinations of tastes.
Delicious from the start to the end. 32 for lunch menu on a weekend makes it an unmissable experience for great quality down to the last detail. Highly skilled cook(s).

Bonjour, déjà, nous avons eu un bon accueil, nous sommes conduit dans la salle privée pour qu'on reste entre nous puisqu'on était 12. Les entrées sont arrivées, délicieuses, juste ce qu'il faut, les plats qui suivent sont aussi délicieux, je pourrais utiliser d'autres adjectifs culinaires, mais c'est inutile, le dessert n'avait rien à envier aux mets précédents, un petit café. Vous l'avez compris j'ai beaucoup apprécié le service, les menus proposés, \ l'empreinte \ et j'y retournerai c'est sûr.
Excellent restaurant ! Dans les règles imposées sanitaire avant le confinement, nous avons dégusté un menu de midi pour un prix raisonnable (17) pour une telle qualité de mets et de services. Je recommande bien évidemment, et dans le contexte actuel de confinement, je testerai leur menu à emporter... En attendant d'y retourner à leur réouverture !
