Absolutely delicious fish and chips everytime. Excellent customer service, and all procedures adhered to in these times. Can get really busy so if your in a hurry worth ringing through your order. Well worth it though

Oh my word! First time visit to Lemon Plaice having always visited other establishments in town. We were lured by the Christmas special battered pigs in blankets. I was welcomed by the owner who had a friendly smile and even though I was the last order of the day, my late request of battered mushrooms and the other Christmas special of a battered Christmas Mince slice was made with a smile and a thank you. The batter is light and fresh, the menu is well thought out and the Christmas special is a welcome treat to a boring year for some. Thank you Lemon Plaice - we now understand why you always have a queue out the door! We’ll be back soon.
Nice food, good Covid precautions. Short changed on a bag of chips following large family order... was enough to share remainder amongst us all though.
