The staff manager here is missing the point about Starbucks. We're here not for the coffee, it's for the customer service! My usual request to heat up my sandwich and muffin is not allowed. And then I have to argue about my coffee when it was not correct. What happens to customer service? Luckily there's one staff who was helpful. The manage should receive more training or should be replaced!

Visited on a weekday and there was Only one employee at work but he managed it all well on his own.

Ridiculous situation with the store full of birds and this is not a new problem. Unhygienic and unacceptable for customers and staff. We walked out even though we wanted a Starbucks coffee
