I was searching for a 2021 Honda Ridgeline that had just started arriving at dealerships a few days earlier. I wanted a specific color (pacific pewter) and trim( RTL-E). I discovered on the Honda site that Leith had exactly what I wanted in transit. I called Leith and worked with Tim initially and that specific truck was already spoken for. A few days later Tim called me back and said the buyer changed his mind about the color. When I called back it was his day off so he had Leslie call me to follow-up. Leslie was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for better service and support throughout the process. I'm 3 hours away and had a problem finding someone to drive me to pickup my new truck so they worked with me and delivered it to me. Great service!

LEAKING TRANSMISSION for a Honda Pilot with less than 59,000 miles and just over 5 years old. Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Leith Honda in October 2015. I had this vehicle serviced regularly at another reputable mechanic. In March 2020 my mechanic documented leaking from the transmission case and suggested to follow up at the next service. Due to COVID and lack of travel we did not need another oil change until November. When I took it to my mechanic the transmission casing was still leaking and suggested I take it to Leith Honda since it had less than 60,000 miles. When I took it to Leith they said the bolts on the transmission casing just needed to be tighten. They didn’t charge me and said the problem was fixed. I instead asked for a two week follow up to ensure the issue was resolved. When I brought it back two weeks later I was then informed it was still leaking and needed a whole new transmission costing almost 8,000. They also advised since the warranty expired 3 weeks ago that they would not cover it under warranty, but would cover 35% which still left me paying almost 5000. Even after I showed them the documentation of the leak occurring in March during the warranty period they would not budge and told me to file a complaint with America Honda. After jumping through hoops with American Honda, Richard (from American Honda) advised that they would not cover anymore and that I couldn’t speak with anyone else at American Honda to protest my case. I just want people to know what kind of “reliable” vehicle and type of service you will receive when buying from Leith Honda.

Jose the sales man who helped me was very patient and provided exceptional service. I came in quite unsure about purchasing a vehicle but with his knowledge and professionalism, I found a newer vehicle that had every feature I wanted. My financial advisor Jesse was also a big help in the process. He was very personable and showed enthusiasm about his job, as did Jose. I would recommend the Leith Honda in Raleigh for any car buyer who values patience, understanding and knowledge while buying a car. It makes the experience less dreadful than what it can usually be.

I hadn't been there for awhile and had to get quite a few services done for routine maintenance on my minivan. I was amazed by what a short wait time it was (that has never happened!) and was super surprised by the price (I had to get a lot of things done!). I had text message alerts and got a video made by the technician as they reviewed my car and shared with me what else they thought needed to be done. That was super cool. You never get to go back into the bays. I was very impressed by everything.
