I bought a Cube Acid Ebike in June last year. Have been thrilled. It came quickly and was easy to put together. Have a had a small niggle with the crank arm recently, no questions asked and a new spare part sent out and landed within 2 days. Great customer service. Will certainly buy accessories from them till i get a new bike from them in the future Cheers Jon

Brought a cube acid 400 2 years ago at a very good price. A few errors came up on the bike and within an hour of taking it in a new battery was supplied. Great service from Dan and the team.
