I got a Coupon in Groupon for a color analysis session and make up in February 2017. While the color analysis was ok the make up was a bit sloppy. Two people were with me for about an hour and one did a half of my face and the other one the other half. It did not match and one of them had to re-touch everything. I was told that I will receive more information printed and a personalized report about the colors that are more flattering for me in clothes, suggestions of combinations and outfit examples based on my body type/complexion, etc. One month later I called because I did not receive the folder by the post. They said they needed more time. In April I called again and they say they have been on Holidays. In May I called and they said that they got a virus in the computer and that they had to re-do the reports based on the notes taken. I called some weeks afterwards and they told me that they will send it digitally. Result: I never got anything from them! I remember just by chance 2-3 colors that they said that were good for me but I don't have swatches, so I am not 100% sure. So many excuses given by the personnel was just embarrassing and not professional. For this reason, I do not recommend this place.
