Received my XMG Core 17 in August and everything seems well with it. Delivery was quite and well packaged. The screen is good for FPS gaming, The laptop runs cool with the added bonus of extra grunt if required. The build quality feels solid with little flex in the keyboard area. Battery life could be a little better but can't win them all. Over all, Very happy with the product. Technical information is discussed easily with Tom if asked. Always goes out his way to assist and recommend. I could have bought the same item locally but with the XMG unit, You get a year longer warranty as standard. Also as mentioned the assistance from Tom helped sway it for me to buy from XMG/Bestware.

The guys at bestware went above and beyond when it came to the recent HP G2 release, despite shortages by the manufacturer they kept all pre order customers informed every step of the way, via email and community pages. They even took into consideration issues with UK leaving the EU in January (which I'm sure some people wouldn't have even thought of), excellent service, and would definitely buy from them again (EU trade laws permitting ;) ), some of the best customer service I have ever received, thanks to all the team at Bestware, Merry Christmas guys ;).
after all the hassle with HP and the pre orders bestware did come through . took a while but all the info they gave was good and quick , the parcel was send with ups express so very quick and no extra cost .. well done in this strange pandemic world

Bad experience with sales support! (Now edited) Tried to send one email, five days have passed, no answer at all. Tried calling them, spent more than 40 minutes in the phone and couldn't get hold of anyone. This was my personal buying experience. Seems like my company managed to get a computer and I am using it right now, a XMG Core 15. The machine itself is really well built and technical support is quite good as well.
