Being on a Persian bent at the moment, when we wondered past this place around lunchtime, I couldn't stop myself. It didn't disappoint. A family run, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. From being greeted by the owner on arrival to chatting about tabbouleh (and its many variations) on departure. The menu was varied & authentic. I had one of the specials, Sweet potato dhal. As with the dishes of the area nice subtle & unique flavours. I find Persian food (beng that wee bit further east) a refreshing change from Mediterranean fayre. You can taste the influence of the sub continent & ancient eastern empires. (Written during cv19 Every precaution taken by staff. Face coverings. Meals delivered at a distance. Customers encouraged to clean surfaces in the facilities)

We stopped for lunch and sat in the lovely outdoor seating area. Food was delicious and the staff were so friendly! Also 10/10 effort to keep a safe distance and keep everything sanitised. We will definitely visit again.
