Courtesy reminder on the morning of the appointment. Excellent service, clear concise advice. Seen on time, explanations and different options every step of the way with no pushy sales. Pleasantly surprising experience, timely efficient service with a personal touch. Other businesses could learn a lot from their model and service of customer care. Would recommend.
I needed an appointment quickly as I was worried I had an eye infection or had scratched my eye. Leightons’s squeezed me in even though they were fully booked & did a full eye exam, sending me home reassured with a temporary solution whilst a referral is organised. Brilliant customer service & always with a smile.
Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Helped me to decide which frames suited me best and the glasses were ready within 5 days for collection. I went back a few days later as they felt too tight and they very quickly altered them for me. Very happy with the service and the specs!
