Great place to visit and explore the trails, paths and area. You could easily spend several hours here walking around. I'd recommend even packing lunch and spending all day here. My only negative is that there aren't enough signs pointing you in the direction of the car park or exit. Parking was 3 for the day when I visited (Sept'20), which is payable on exit.

A beautiful space for walking or running! There’s an information centre, cafe (still offering refreshments at this time), toilets, picnic area (spaced out seating). Love it and thoroughly recommend for a lovely nature walk, kids letting of some steam, dog walks etc!

Despite current C-19 restrictions and disagreements over what's \local\ exercise travel (& wintry freezing fog), still a delightful destination for rest, recovery & relaxation for young & older, alike. Ample space for maintaining social distancing.

Visited this country park for the first time today and I must say I will most definitely be back. Firstly there is plenty is parking, around a mile away from the main road which makes it safer for people with small children. The parking is 3 no matter how long you are there. So I'd say to take a picnic and have a full day out for just 3! The sculpture trail is excellent for people of all ages and abilities and very easily accessible from the main hut. There are onsite toilets and a place to get some snacks and drinks should you decide not to take a picnic along. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and look forward to our next visit
