Honestly this might not be the biggest fish shop but it is the best. The level of service and assistance that you get here is fantastic! In particular Nikki who manages the place gives you the time and advice that any hobbyist will need. Whether it be marine or freshwater the help is there. Also the fish are well looked after and are taken care of better than most fish shops. Thank you guys!

Went to Fathoms having finally hunted down true Siamese algae eaters which the owner by coincidence had written an article in practical fishkeeping magazine on so I had high hopes. Fathoms did not disappoint. We were served by a super knowledgeable lady called Claire who spent ages with us swapping tips & showing off our hard work in the form of pictures on our phones ha ha (you know you get your best tank pics out at any given opportunity & love the chance to fish-nerd) GREAT place & GREAT QUALITY livestock. A few hours after introducing these bad boy algae eaters to the tank I found them munching off a patch of super stubborn BBA on my beloved mogpani wood that's been doing my head in for days. Wasn't expecting them to come out of hiding for at least a week let alone be happy and healthy enough to get to work straight away. I do have superior water quality tho.. Just saying hee hee
