A brilliant way to start Yoga from scratch and gradually build up to more advanced practice.
My son absolutely loves his SEN yoga classes with Keeley, very calming for him and such a nice friendly group.
Fantastic yoga sessions for those of all abilities. Keeley is a great yoga teacher - friendly and encouraging.
Fabulous both my daughter and i have been doing online zoom classes since lockdown. We’re really enjoying them and look forward to our classes. Keeley is fabulous and very patient with the SEN group. Makes yoga sessions really varied and enjoyable. Highly recommend *****
