Unfortunately when I arrived and was saying to Kim what I wanted, I felt I was a big inconvenience to her. I was rushed and didn't feel she was listening to me when I was trying to explain. When I went to collect both dresses she had to alter the bridesmaids dress as it wasn't what I had asked for . Also the price she quoted was more. On a plus side the alterations to my dress was very good.

Kim and the whole team were so fantastic to me! I was having quite a stressful time for my wedding, with a lot of little kids to dress and a lot of people to plan for! Kim altered my dress and added sleeves (Christmas wedding) and made the dresses that I drew up for my junior bridesmaids. She also did my bridesmaid's skirt and my maid of honour's whole outfit, helping us choose the right colours that matched their shoes and tops. I got nothing but compliments all day and the little ones absolutely loved their dresses and wanted to wear them over the Christmas period! My stepdaughter actually asked if she could wear hers to a non-uniform day at school...
