Dean has run both projects efficiently and managed to deal with all of our requests along the way, including us in all the necessary decisions. We live in a 2 bedroom house in Leigh on Sea and had been thinking about a loft conversion for years but never knew where to begin. That was until one day when a friend of ours recommended Shorehouse Design, we gave them a call and they popped round to explain what would be possible and how to go about it. Within a couple of weeks they had started work and turned something that we had been dreading into one of the best things that we have ever done to our house. It was great to receive such a professional service from a local business, so much so that this summer we are planning an extension to create a summer lounge space on our patio!

We are thrilled with the kitchen extension that Shorehouse Design built for us and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The work was carried out on time and within budget to a very high standard. Shorehouse also helped us to reduce the cost of the work by suggesting cheaper alternatives to achieve the same end result and impressed us with their creative thinking to resolve structural issues. Any additional work required was agreed in advance which meant that there were no nasty surprises at the end of the project. The Shorehouse team were courteous and respectful to both us, our property and our neighbours and it was a pleasure to work with them. We will definitely use them again in the future.
