The reception are very helpful sue and Pam have give me a lot of support also the other girls Michelle is a brilliant Nurse very supportive also all Doctors at the surgery

This surgery is awful! Having been given a face to face appointment at 10. I finally saw yet again another trainee after an hour wait. When I asked why the delay after they gave me the time I was told the doctor isn’t able to get online. Forgive me but isn’t a face to face appointment just that. Despite this been a second referral for skin cancer I’m still 8 months down the line. Since Dan left this surgery is shocking. Health concerns are not their issues. To get anywhere with them they tell you to use the “my Gp “ service. I never write reviews but given I’ve been diagnosed with skin cancer in the past and the lack of regard for patent welfare I will be writing a letter to the commission body for Wigan and Leigh NHS. It simply is concerning this practice is not more rigorously monitored.

Thought this was a great doctors until weersakera asked me not to use askmygp to much your only used it once in the last 2-3 weeks your a doctor/doctors your there to help no matter how many times someone requests help. Saying everything’s anxiety related pahh rude unprofessional and now looking for a new doctors if possible.
