AWFUL customer service. Went to view a property and I stood waiting outside for 5-10 mins waiting for them to show up (they didn’t even have the decency to ring and say they would be late) so sat in the car as it was freezing for a further 10 minutes watching the property and saw a girl come, look at the door and then LEAVE! I walked up to the property and a neighbour informed me the agent had gone! Rang the company and they said ‘well they didn’t see anyone waiting and it was really windy’ REALLY?! Not that they had keys to a property in their hand or anything.....?! Absolutely shocking service, taking my business elsewhere if that’s how they treat potential customers.
