Update: I am feeling sick after eating here, probably the excess of oli and fried fats. - I had a portion of squid rings, eating at the table in store. Way too greasy, too oily, too salty. The batter literally drops oil, and the squid inside is very thin. You basically crunch over fried fats solidified, with a thin idea of the squid you were supposed to get. It's a suicide for health, and even considering the average very low quality of Dutch street food alternatives (say kibbeling or fried snacks), this is still a no go. Even worse, the shop has a nice interior design but food is served at the table into a plastic box, which makes no sense for quality of service and expecially insults environmental friendly people. Don't go.

Delicious and fresh fish. We ordered fried fish and fried mussels and the portion was very generous. The only recommendation to the owner is to hire more friendly staff. I think the service could be better.
It was okay, compared with the other fish specialist in that street we felt less welcome, only the lady tried to smile. It was not crowed. The shrimp”kroket” was nice, but the bread with shrimps was already prepared. Which gave us the idea, how long was it already waiting to be served?
The herring is so fresh here.
