When help finally arrived I was served as expected. No good check on the service desk, which increased my waiting time.
I ordered a Nespresso machine online. Within the hour I got a message that I could pick my order up at the shop I had specified.
Walked around for 10 min before asking 2 lovely staff members who were talking if they could help...fully understand why people shop online
Well stocked electronics store with a slightly more 'upmarket' presentation that other major European electronic retailers. Great customer service with knowledgeable staff. Prices also seem very competitive to that of its bigger rivals. A very nice alternative to the competition. Easily accessible via public transport with ample free parking as well. I would strongly recommend a visit for an electronic and home appliance need.
