My girlfriend and I purchased social deal vouchers for this salon and it was the worst experience we've both had. I had patches of hair left on my neck that weren't shaven off, the lines were not even, I was told there was 30% of the hair products they used to style my hair, so I purchased them, only to find out they charged me full price, they left my girlfriends hair soaking wet when we left the salon. We've both completed the evaluation forms; my girlfriend has been ignored twice and I've been waiting 1.5 weeks to hear if I can be refunded the amount I was over-charged. Horrible so-called customer service; would not recommend to anyone!

A nice and stylish place where you will not only cut, but also spend a nice time, greetings to the salon service. I especially greet the nice and beautiful girl who cut off me, thank you for your time, I will definitely visit you again, I recommend visiting this hair salon

Weinig ervaring. Afspraak voor uitgroei basiskleur en highlights. Op eigen initiatief alleen highlights gezet en geen kleur. Terwijl van te voren langs geweest om prijsopgave op te maken. Andere behandeling afgerekend. Uitgroei nog steeds erg zichtbaar maar flinke prijs betaald terwijl ik via sociaal gebruik had gemaakt. Met nat haar naar buiten. Staat dat ze binnen 2 weken garantie geven indien niet tevreden. Flink bijbetaald voor extra highlights en uitgroei nog steeds zichtbaar. Dit kan je geen garantie noemen?! Zeer ontevreden.
