We had the best food & Service ever. The atmosphere. Above all the food & Service is the best in all my years of eating out in The Netherlands . We had lunch with club sandwiches, croque monsieur, tomato soup and goat cheese salad. The salad was a bit dry however all ingredients have been fresh and the taste was very good

Stunning location with average food. The historical building is definitely more impressive than the quality of food. The rice in the poke bowl tasted weird and the meat patty of the burger was overcooked.
The interior is very beautiful,but we had to wait for 30 minutes to even get a menu. Moreover, once the food has arrived I’ve had a cold (refrigerated) hard boiled egg instead of a fresh poached one. Not worth your time and money
The location is very neat and service was good. Wish the food had been a little better, my boyfriend enjoyed his cod, but my Ceasar salad could have been better. The salad was very cold including the eggs, which were way colder than room temperature, as if someone had first boiled them perfectly but then decided to put them in the fridge before serving and the dressing was also very runny and ended up on the bottom of the plate. It wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't order it again. I tasted the cod, and it seemed tasty, so clearly the kitchen operates better for some dishes than others.
Half the reason I entered this place was because I was curious about the building and its interiors, which was well done. The same can be said about the service - the place seemed to have a little army of attentive waiters. The beet risotto I ordered was delicious, and I liked the overall atmosphere. Class without stuffiness? Seemed like a good place for a date or to meet friends.
