A joke of a company, literally the only thing they have to do is give customer service and it's a failure every time as their staff do not seem to be able to communicate properly to resolve any kind of issue, simple or complicated. The internet provided is slow and unreliable and when you close your account they try to sting you with extra costs made up out of thin air. Absolute joke of a company

Very poor service. Absolutely horrendous! Some staff members are very inconsiderate and have a temper. I had a very bad experience as a customer, and ended up paying double the payment because of their mistakes. Avoid using Vodafone especially if you are on a student budget.
