Would not recommend this Starbucks to someone else. While I wanted to sit down a bit and cool down from the heat wave before ordering, an employee approached me, and insisted in an unfriendly manner that I would have to order something now. All the little rules were followed, (including Corona) except the most important one, hospitality. Please fire this employee, his service is not worthy of Starbucks quality and price level. Saturday August 8, 2020, around 17:40.

Truly, a great Starbucks-experience! The crew is very friendly. Truly genuine people! All the Starbucks-products taste very familiar. The Toastie is highly recommended, love the warm and cheesy goodness. I also had the Iced Shaken Peach Black Tea Lemonade, which was fresh and slightly sweet (ask the Barista not too add too much sweetness, it really makes a difference!) Overall a nice atmosphere and vibe (mainly because of the crew!). “We hebben ge-noten!” (She knows what that means, my brother’s joke LOL!)

"Is this discrimination?""Yes."I am speechless，that was the unbelievable answer I got from one of the staffs there. Today after work I passed by Starbucks and was ready to buy a drink. When I was infront of the front desk and was ready to order(I was the only customer in front of the desk，no one waiting)，I suddenly got one important video call from the company，so I quickly picked up the phone. I was thinking to leave and came back later. So I left the front desk and talked to the guy on my phone. I said to the staff: i would come back later and showed my phone. I didn't take any seat and was looking for the exit. However，the staff shouted at me: you need to order then sit! I replied: I am leaving and will come back later. But he still shouted to me loudly while I didn't take any seat and was going to the exit. My phone was on and all the customers were there，he kept shouted at me as if I wanted to take some advantages. I left there and finished my vedio call. Later I was back and complained to that staff's improper behavior，but he ignored all my words and said"that is rule，want to order?". I still ordered and asked"is that a discrimination?" The most angry part showed up: "yes."He replied without any emotions. I was so speechless and couldn't believe that and didn't reply anything more. This is a true story just happened today. Now I am still angry and feel unbelievable.

Starbucks will never be the best coffee, but the morning shift staff here are some of the best. When I drag myself through the station half awake they are friendly and a refreshing start to the day. Nice place to pass time as well and people watch
