What is PSC2 ? Public Sector Capacity Centre (PSC2 ) was founded by two consultants with extensive hands-on consulting and project management experience in countries across the world. We take an interest in how systems and context guide the behavior of organizations and people. We advice on how systems can be developed and shaped to better meet the needs of society, its citizens and business.
